English - Uryuomoco translator

Uryuomoco is a "Alien language" featured in the webcomic El Goonish Shive, by Dan Shive.

The language is a letter substitution with a list of exceptions.

The translator is overcomplicated due to the fact that I didn't know how to perform a substitution in Perl at the time. It uses "cgi" and "cgi::carp". "carp" could be removed, its only there for error-trapping.

Up until recently this file was hosted on my page as "trans6.pl", however it has been removed as part of a clean-up.
